This secure site will include a patient “WEB PORTAL” where our family of patients will be able to communicate with us. They can retrieve messages, view lab test results and eventually make their own appointments! We will post helpful information that will include educational topics, links to helpful web sites and office policies. We will strive to respond to your needs. You can become instantly web enabled by providing the receptionist or staff member with your email address during your visit or by emailing us at portal@waynefamilypractice.com. During your office visit you will be given a user name and password that will enable you to log in to our portal. Use your favorite internet browser and log on to our home page at waynefamilypractice.com. Our site includes information about our practice and has a link to the patient portal. Use your username and the password you were provided to log on to the patient portal.
